Pura Vida Custom Catering is one hundred percent dedicated to curating a menu based entirely on our client’s needs, expectations, dietary preferences, and allergies. Enlightened by different cultures and cuisines, Chef Andy seamlessly integrates his fine dining background into a variety of international flavors creating a truly unique dining experience. We want to highlight some dishes inspired by our travels, as well as pay homage to our Colorado home. The options below are simply ideas to showcase some of the unique travel inspired dishes he can create for your specific event.

Whenever possible, we work with pastry Chef Clare Browne with Sweet CB. Clare skillfully curates divine desserts to satisfy the sweetest of cravings. Dessert is custom ordered and will be discussed at time of booking.
Additionally, we offer Chef Andy’s signature Pura Vida Chocolate Chip Cookies.
Rates
Pura Vida Custom Catering is the perfect company for intimate dinner parties, cocktail parties, work events and small social gatherings. We specialize in events under fifty guests, however, we may service larger parties with advance notice . Feel free to inquire.
Our services include:
Curating custom menus to fit clients specific needs
Wine pairing or spirit pairing to highlight each menu selection, if desired
Shopping and sourcing all ingredients, locally whenever possible
Cooking and serving the meal on-site
Thoroughly cleaning up when service is finished

$400 flat fee includes 4hrs of service, which begins when chef arrives at the event, and ends with chef departing after everything is cleaned.
Additional Chef hours are billed out at $100/hour

$200 flat fee includes 4hrs of service, which begins when server arrives at the event, and ends with server departing after everything is cleaned.
Additional Server hours are billed out at $50/hour

A per person price will be determined once a menu is selected and crafted, with additional options including wine & spirit pairings.
