The term Pura Vida means Pure Life. We adopted that philosophy after visiting Costa Rica over 10 years ago. Costa Ricans apply that phrase to a feeling and perspective, cherishing life's simple pleasures, and finding joy in the little things. We stand by that philosophy, and have brought it home to Colorado with us, not only in how we live our lives on a daily basis, but also when it comes to food. Pure ingredients are the backbone of any dish...the most delicious meal is one that is with made from simple, fresh ingredients.
